ROTATIONAL MOULDING CONTROL UPGRADE
Project Overview
We completed a 4-week electrical upgrade for a plastics manufacturing company to modernise their rotational moulding machine and restore operational reliability.
The existing control system had become inconsistent, resulting in unreliable production cycles and reduced performance. The client required a modern PLC-based solution that would improve efficiency, enhance safety standards and provide full operational visibility.
Our upgrade delivered a robust control platform designed for long-term scalability and improved plant performance.
The Outcome
Following the upgrade, the business is now benefiting from:
• Remote access for live monitoring of machine performance
• Automated production reporting including cycle times, alarms, electricity and gas usage
• A 65” operator display providing real-time process visibility
• Increased production efficiency and improved operational stability

• Siemens TP900 HMI
• Siemens TP1500 HMI
• 65” Industrial Operator Display
• SICK Flexisoft Safety PLC
• Safety scanners and light guards
